Strategic Partnering Roadmapping Workshop

What is this about?
The 2-day workshop gives participants hands on tools and techniques to complete a BRM maturity assessment, to shape the BRM role and understand how a BRM Team can build or clarify a unique value proposition and “market” itself across the organization. Participants will understand how to achieve desired organizational behaviour towards existing BRM capability to drive business value, build strategic business partnerships, and evolve enterprise culture.
The workshop targets BRMs and BRM Leaders who aim to develop their BRM capabilities and tailor the BRM Value Proposition to the needs and the level of Business and Provider organizations maturity levels. Workshop uses the BRM Playbook and other BRM Institute references as a base
What’s in it for you ?
Through a series of individual and group exercise using the BRM toolkit, participants will deep dive in using the BRM Toolkit and ultimately drafting BRM Strategic Partnering Roadmap for their organization.
Workshop includes activities such as:
- Using Relationship Maturity Model to assess the current level of BRM maturity in organization
- Assessment of Organizational culture
- Assessment of current and desired organizational behaviour towards business value
- Business Value Ability – Organizational Assessment
- Using SWOTs A Strategic BRMs Tool
- Setting up target goals and metrics
- Drafting the BRM Strategic Partnering Roadmap
Who should attend ?
This workshop is for BRMs and BRM Leaders who aim to develop their BRM capabilities and tailor the BRM Value Proposition to the needs and the level of Business and Provider organizations maturity levels.
**The ideal group size for this workshop is 12 to maximum 18 participants.
