      \u2714 3+ years of experience as a Business or Functional Analyst<\/strong>, ideally within the ServiceNow ecosystem.<\/span>
      \u2714 Strong understanding of business process modeling<\/strong> (BPMN or equivalent).<\/span>
      \u2714 Deep familiarity with ServiceNow modules\u2014ITSM at minimum<\/strong>, others are a strong asset.<\/span>
      \u2714 Hands-on experience in Agile\/Scrum<\/strong> environments, including backlog management and user story writing.<\/span>
      \u2714 Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.<\/span>
