Given the constant evolution of the IT market, this client concluded that IT training for its managers and technicians was essential to better manage and improve its services due to the increasing expectations of the market. With this in mind, our client wanted its IT staff to receive training.<\/p>\n

The client wanted to adapt standard IT practices to its environment and practices. Its goal was to standardize the language to improve the company\u2019s productivity. We offered our client virtual training in groups of 10 people led by one of our IT trainers specialized in the banking sector. The trainer has even customized the training material to the client\u2019s practices.<\/p>\n

The Context<\/h3>\n

After a major deployment of technology tools and assets to enable its workforce to work at home and in the office, and on the eve of a massive renewal of one third of its PC fleet, the organization was in dire need of aligning its asset management processes.
The client commissioned Pomerol to develop a projects and actions roadmap to accelerate the organization\u2019s maturity and align IT assets management practices.<\/p>\n

The main challenge was to understand and document the practices and systems currently in place to manage the client\u2019s assets. Through a proven methodology and a humane, resource-driven approach, we were able to map a clear picture of the organization\u2019s strengths and opportunities.<\/p>\n
