ServiceNow Engagement Manager
ServiceNow (Digital Transformation)
We are looking for a ServiceNow Engagement Manager who is driven by results and relationships—someone who can lead complex projects, inspire teams, and build lasting partnerships with our clients.
Your Role
The ServiceNow Engagement Manager is the conductor of our consulting engagements.
You are both the main client contact and the leader of the delivery team, responsible for ensuring project success by managing scope, timelines, and budgets—while maximizing client satisfaction and expanding business opportunities.
Key Responsabilities

Client Relationship Management: Act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for stakeholders from project initiation to closure.

Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle—planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery—using Agile and/or traditional methodologies.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of Pomerol consultants, developers, and analysts to achieve delivery excellence.

Financial Management: Manage project budgets, hours, billing, and profitability.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively.

Governance: Lead steering committees and ensure clear, consistent communication on progress, budgets, and risks.

Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and collaborate with the sales team to grow relationships.

What you bring
✔ 5+ years of experience in project or engagement management within a consulting environment, preferably with ServiceNow projects.
✔ Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its business value.
✔ Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving scope, budget, and timeline control.
✔ Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
✔ Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
Preferred Certifications
🎓 Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certification
🎓 Asset: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Required Experience

Cross-functional coordination and motivation.
Budget & Governance (3-5 years)
Financial tracking, executive reporting, steering committees.
