We are looking for a self-driven, experienced Business Analyst to contribute to the planning, design, and execution of this global ServiceNow ITSM deployment.

 

Your Role

As a ServiceNow Tech Lead, you are the technical reference for our projects and development teams. You combine deep platform expertise with a strong sense of leadership to ensure our solutions are high-quality, high-performing, and maintainable.

You act as a mentor to developers, a trusted advisor to architects, and a hands-on senior developer who leads by example.

Key Responsabilities

    • Technical Leadership: Guide the development team in the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices.

    • Code Review: Establish and oversee code review processes to guarantee performance, maintainability, and security.

    • Problem Solving: Act as the point of escalation for complex technical challenges encountered by the team.

    • Solution Architecture: Collaborate with architects to design robust, scalable, and compliant technical solutions.

    • Mentorship & Training: Coach junior and intermediate developers, share knowledge, and support skill growth.

    • Advanced Development: Take ownership of the most complex and critical development components.

    • Technology Watch: Stay up to date with ServiceNow advancements and evaluate their potential impact on client projects.

What you bring

✔ 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with proven progression into senior and technical leadership roles.
✔ Exceptional command of all technical aspects of the platform—server-side and client-side scripting, APIs, Portal Development, Scoped Applications, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
✔ Prior experience as a technical lead, including code review and mentorship responsibilities.
✔ Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
✔ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
✔ A natural ability to inspire and motivate technical teams.

Preferred Certifications 

🎓 Required: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
🎓 Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA)
