ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC)

Your Role

As a Business Process Consultant (BPC), you play a hybrid role that blends the analytical mindset of a business analyst with the hands-on skills of a functional configurator.
You act as the translator between client needs and ServiceNow capabilities—leading workshops, designing future-state processes, and configuring the platform to bring client visions to life.

Key Responsabilities

• • Process Analysis: Lead workshops with stakeholders to document “As-Is” processes and design optimized “To-Be” workflows.

  • Requirements Gathering: Capture, document, and prioritize business requirements and user stories.

  • Solution Design: Translate requirements into functional and technical solutions, leveraging out-of-the-box configurations whenever possible.

  • Platform Configuration: Configure ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD) including Flow Designer workflows, service catalogs, SLAs, and notifications.

  • Prototyping: Build proofs of concept to demonstrate functionality and validate requirements with clients.

  • Change Enablement: Support clients through adoption and process transformation.

  • Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the Pomerol technical team.

What you bring

✔ 3–5 years of experience in a consulting or hybrid business/functional role within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
✔ Strong expertise in at least one process domain (e.g., IT Service Management, HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management).
✔ Proven experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.
✔ Solid hands-on configuration experience with ServiceNow (Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, basic scripting).
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic consulting environment.
✔ Bilingualism (French and English) required.

Preferred Certifications 

🎓 Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
🎓 Preferred: ServiceNow domain certifications (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, or CSM)

• Process documentation (“As-Is” and “To-Be”)
• Requirements traceability matrix and user stories
• Configured ServiceNow modules and validated prototypes
• UAT and training documentation
• Post-implementation recommendations and continuous improvement roadmap
