We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer who combines creativity and technical rigor to design high-performing, elegant solutions that transform our clients’ business processes.
Your Role
As a ServiceNow Developer, you are at the heart of building and delivering custom solutions.
You’ll design, develop, test, and deploy applications and workflows that meet client needs with precision and technical excellence.
Your expertise enables you to translate functional requirements into robust, reliable, and maintainable technical implementations.

Development & Configuration: Design and develop ServiceNow solutions—forms, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, scheduled jobs, and service portals.

Integrations: Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

Custom Applications: Develop scoped applications to address unique business needs not covered by standard modules.

Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following ServiceNow development best practices.

Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit and performance testing, proactively resolving technical defects.

Upgrades: Support platform upgrades and ensure compatibility of custom components.

Collaboration: Work closely with analysts, architects, and administrators to deliver cohesive, integrated solutions.

What you bring
✔ 3+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
✔ Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS or React.
✔ Hands-on experience with key ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
✔ Experience building scoped applications and Service Portal customizations.
✔ Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
✔ Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
✔ Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
Preferred Certifications
🎓 Required: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
🎓 Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or specialized micro-certifications
